Under Irish and EU Consumer Rights law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive standard stock items to notify us that you wish to return them for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Custom & Personalised Printed Products

Because custom printed items are made specifically to your specifications, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

  • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalised or custom-printed products for change of mind once production has begun.

  • Please double-check all spelling, design proofs, and dimensions before confirming your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If any product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@radionprint.ie with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

  • If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will offer a free reprint/replacement or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email office@radionprint.ie with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our team.

  3. Package the item securely and post it to: 20A Greenhills Industrial Estate, Greenhills Road, Dublin, D12E832. We recommend using a tracked postal service (such as An Post Registered Post).

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Artwork & Proof Approval

  • Review Responsibility: Before production begins, we will provide a digital proof for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check all spelling, grammar, contact details, layout, and dimensions.

  • Customer Liability: Once you approve a proof (via email or website sign-off), you accept full responsibility for the artwork design. We cannot issue refunds, free reprints, or replacements for errors that were present on approved proofs.

  • Reprints: If an error is noticed after approval, we are happy to offer a discounted reprint, but standard production charges will apply.

Local In-Person Returns & Drop-Offs

  • Location: Eligible standard stock returns or damaged items can be dropped off directly at our premises: 20A Greenhills Industrial Estate, Greenhills Road, Dublin, D12E832.

  • Prior Notice Required: Please email us at office@radionprint.ie in advance to schedule a drop-off window so our team can expect you. Please bring your order confirmation email.

  • Processing: Refunds for items returned in person cannot be paid out in cash at the counter; they will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
